Tolkien, Signed, Super Deluxe Children of Hurin
This book was limited to 500 copies and they rarely appear on the open market. It is signed by both Christopher Tolkien and Alan Lee and is numbered at copy'27'. Both Solander/Clamshell box and book are leather bound, the box being suede lined in a lovely blue-purple. All three edges are gilt with endpapers being a wonderful hand-marbled blue, complimenting the decorative scheme. Front and back are stamped in foil with the Helm of Hador and Tolkien's cypher respectively.
