This rare treasure has some very clearly visible wear, but is still in Highly Desirable, Highly Collectible condition! The book appears gently read and has no internal writing, no remainder marks, no missing pages and is NOT Ex-Libris or a BCE. The binding is holding firm and tight. All of the pages are present and fully attached. Some general/shelf wear along with creases/marks/wear to the spine/corners/boards, marks/wear to the edge/fore pages and creases/marks/foxing/wear to the pages, NOT affecting the text! Please note the wear to the spine/corners/boards, particularly noticeable near/along the edges, and the wear that is present on the pages, varying in size and severity and particularly noticeable on certain pages.While the binding is holding tight and all of the pages are present and fully attached, there is some visual space/separation along the top edge of the spine, (the area that connects the spine to the pages). This area has been closely photographed for your consideration. All of the wear previously mentioned is very clearly visible and should be carefully examined/considered.
