A very rare and collectable edition of Alasdair Gray's first published work, comprising the short stories The Comedy of the White Dog and The Crank Who Made the Revolution. 600 copies were printed, 26 signed and lettered A-Z, 576 unsigned. This is one of the 26, lettered "S" and signed by the author (see photo). Around 200 copies of the print run were destroyed (as reported by the author), making this an even scarcer item. 4pp card wrap covers, staple bound.
Dimensions approximately 240mm x 185mm. Very good condition, with slight brown marking on edges.
