The film was broken into segments following the fortunes of the various newly minted millionaires, each segment with its own director. The directors included James Cruze, H. Appearing in the film (most as the recipients of windfalls) were Gary Cooper, Charles Laughton, George Raft, Jack Oakie, Richard Bennett, Charles Ruggles, Alison Skipworth, and W.

The premise also inspired the popular 1950s television series The Millionaire. Binding tight and nearly square with mild slant. Original full-bound cloth boards and spine present well with some light marks and stains, a bit heavier to front board. Moderate rubbing to corners and head and foot of spine with some light loss. Edges and text blocks about clean. Title to front and spine very well-preserved. Internally clean and unmarked but for small ownership inscription and name penned to top fore-edge corner of front pastedown and a few faint open dog-ears.
