Octavo, full-bound cloth with title to spine and illustration to front. First Edition, First Printing of This is My Own by Rockwell Kent. A rare example signed by the author on the front endpaper. And there, westward and heavenward, to the high ridge of Whiteface northward to the northern limit of the mountains, southward to their highest peaks, was spread the full half-circle panorama of the Adirondacks.

Very mild rubbing to corners and head and foot of spine with light creasing to latter. Edges mostly clean but for a small bump to top front, light wear to bottom front and heavy wear to bottom rear with about one-inch of loss to cloth.
Spot on bottom text-block and a couple faded spots to top-stain. Signed by the Author on the front endpaper with light spotting above. Dust jacket presents fairly well with light stains to front and heavier to rear, including some water spots. Heavy toning to rear with lighter toning to spine.
Moderate to heaving chipping of edges with several small open and closed tears. Moderate wear to creases and front hinge with heavier wear to rear hinge including a tiny hole near bottom. Some rubbing to rear panel causing a bit of loss.
