1ST EDITION, EARLY 4TH PRINTING. First Edition, Fourth Impression: A near fine very early signed and inscribed copy with the near fine original jacket. Signed by Stephen King on the title page, and dated 3/28/81. The number line runs down to 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, indicating a fourth impression. The book is in beautiful crisp, clean near fine condition with black paper and red quarter cloth boards.

The boards have sharp corners and no edgewear. The binding is tight and square. Strong unfaded gilt titles to the spine.

Stephen King signed and inscribed the book with a very early signature in black ink on front end paper. Beautiful condition book internally appearing as crisp and unread. The original unrestored near fine dust jacket is in beautiful near fine condition. The dust jacket has strong vibrant colors with one tiny nick and dot to spine, otherwise no chips, no nicks, no tears, no edgewear, and no foxing. The jacket has been placed in a new clear removeable protective cover. A very handsome clean, crisp example of this scarce signed title.
