Limited Edition #93 of 1250 made. "Deluxe First Edition, " published in May 1990 by Doubleday in New York. Binding is sound and pages are unmarked, with some extremely light rubbing to gilding on tail fore edge corner. Covers are clean and square. Box shows minor rubbing and shelf wear to tail fore edge.
