This fabulous book is in excellent condition and has been stored professionally in a sealed vacuumed packed environment for around 20 years in my fathers personal ownership. The book is excellent condition, it does have some minor wear marks on some corners and one page is slightly loose from the binding. Other than the fact its a first edition, the main value lyes in the signature which has been authenticated by renowned professional authenticator Roger Epperson.
