Haast had an illustrious life, some of which is detailed in text and photographs within this 1965 biography. This is the first US trade edition, published in 1965. Haast's signature dates to 1968. Book is in VERY GOOD (+) condition and dust jacket is in VERY GOOD (-) condition! Cloth boards show only light wear with some bumping to the head/foot of spine and corners. Spine has some very light discoloration. Previous owner's ex libris on front pastedown and embossed stamp to FFEP, under signature.

Dust jacket shows surface wear and bumping/chipping to head and foot, including corners. An overall excellent piece for collecting or gifting! Size: 5¾ in by 8½ in.
