Signed 1st. Albert M COHN / A Few Notes Upon Some Rare Cruikshankiana

Any fans of Dickens will immediately recognise this. This is signed by the author and noted as number 180. Compared to others I have seen this is in excellent condition with the green string bind still strong and the book in great shape.

Boards are slightly discoloured with a stain on the top left and a small tear at the bottom. The book itself is in superb condition. Many copies I have found have page damage.

As you will see from the photos this is in excellent condition with pages square and corners good. Containing the first publications of three hand colored etchings by George Cruikshank with notice that no further impressions will be made for "Popping the Question", "A Cornish Wrestling Match" and "A Scene on the Promenade by the Riverside".
