I have here for sale a book entitled SCHULE UND PRAXIS DES KONDITORS - SCHOOL & PRACTICE FOR CONFECTIONERS. With 1000 Specialist Recipes, 266 illustrations within the text and 42 colour plates.

This FIRST edition was published in 1927 by Weber, Dresden. Half bound in leather over yellow linen boards. Gilt title lettering on the spine and the front board.

Spine ends and board corners are a little bumped. A little age soiling to the endpapers and fore-edges. Otherwise the pages are clean and bright, this book is in very good condition, tightly bound with no loose or missing pages 442pp; 32cm x 26cm. My main posting days are Monday and Thursday ie.
