An interesting copy bibliographically being one of the copies privately printed in Sitamau, Central India in March 1937, intended for private circulation. This title was then published in Bombay in 1938 by D. Light spotting to edges, light wear to cloth with a small dent to foot of upper board. Sinh was President of Sitamau State Rajya Parishad in 1939-41 and 1945-46, and later Member of Parliament for Madhya Pradesh in the Rajya Sabha between 1952 and 1960. He was a key mover behind the 1935 Government of India Act, which attempted to give India greater autonomy and democratic representation, and was eventually forced to resign his post when Churchill, his implacable foe, became Prime Minister in 1940.
