Description: [Poetry] INSCRIBED FIRST EDITION. Octavo (20 x 15cm), pp. Publisher's green cloth with gilt lettering to spine. Includes an extract from the Sunday Times dated 15/7/62 discussing the life and mannerisms of Stephens loosely inserted. Toning to edges of textblock, untrimmed edges, inscription on flyleaf, rolling to spine with very slight tears to cloth, small bumps to edges.

Inscribed first edition of James Stephens' Collected poem. James Stephens was an Irish poet and novelist with much of his work focusing on his formative years in the Irish slums of Dublin. Gift inscription from the author on flyleaf and loosely inserted is an extract from the Sunday Times on the 15th of July 1962 written by W. Adrian Harrington began trading in 1971.
