A very good copy of Hawaiian Surfboard by Tom Blake with a hand painted tapa cloth covering over hard boards. The writings "Tom Blake" appear on photographic plates 13, 19, and 28, see scans attached. The book is available for viewing in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Davis, California. The writing "Typhoon" also appears on plate 13.
