" The frontispiece by Gorey is printed on handmade "Torinoko Gampi. The book measures approximately 6.25 inches by 5 inches. It is bound in purple silk Japanese cloth over boards, with a glassine jacket showing Gorey's illustrations of Miss Irene Adler in yellow, red, purple, and pink. The notoriously fragile glassine dust jacket is very good with four closed tears and a bit of chipping. Also, a touch of soiling to the right corner of the dust jacket.

This item also comes with a complimentary protective mylar cover. Miss Irene Adler is a fictional character in the Sherlock Holmes stories.
