Beautiful set of five volumes by Charles Paul DeKock. Limited to only 250 copies, of which these are no. Each volume bound by hand, and signed by the Harcourt Bindery, in gilt along bottom edge of inside covers. Bindings are three-quarter Morocco with inlaid color flowers, gilt tooling and large raised bands.

Pages gilded on top edge and rough cut along outside edge. Each volume with full page, tissue guarded illustrations, some hand colored. Printed, by letterpress, with hand set type, and decorated with many beautiful ornamental letters and devices, most in two colors. Books are in excellent condition.

Each is complete in itself; however, they are from a larger collection. No damage, odors or writing.
